Kaiseki
Kaiseki is a traditional form of meal that is served at traditional inns and some hotel. Kaiseki originated in Kyoto along with the Tea Ceremony. Kaiseki evolved into today's form and has certain rules on types and order of the dishes included. They are appetisers, sashimi (raw dish usually seafood), grilled dish, steamed dish, tempura (fried dish), vinegared dish, rice and pickles, soup and dessert
