Dinner
Had Japanese teppanyaki, which is a bit different from Australian/US teppanyaki. Japanese is all about the food and not so much the show you get in Australia so no tricks and you don't need to catch your rice. What yo do get is a meal cooked to you exact specifications. They explain all the ingredients especially the condiments, suggestion what is best with what. Miyazaki Wagyu is one of the many local variations of Wagyu, which all come from four specific breeds of cattle. There seems to at least one variation of Wagyu er prefecture, although Hyougo prefecture has two: Tajima and Kobe.
