Dinner

When I stayed here back in 2022, I thought that the food at Thida Moon was magnificent and that was the main reason for this stop over. Food in Japan is pretty exceptional but I can think of two places where it is truly magnificent: here and in Kameoka
Starting with six appetisers.
Red Bream sashimi 
Parrot fish
Fish of the day with roasted papaya 
Pork and vegetables steamed in a banana leaf
An Amami speciality,  Chicken soup poured over chicken, egg and rice.
I was not disappointed by the meal and glad I stopped at Awami Oshima.
